If you have recently had a baby and would like to get your fitness back Powerpramming is perfect for you. You can get fit and bring your baby along too.
You just need to be 6 weeks post vaginal birth or 10 weeks post C-Section.
Classes are friendly and taught by qualified Post Natal Exercise instructors.
All levels of fitness welcome and you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
