Liz Stuart: I set up Powerpramming in November 2004 after I had my first son Ezra. I am now lucky to have another son, Otis, who was born in February 2007. I studied for my qualifications in exercise with the YMCA and take the safety of new mums very seriously. I like you to get the most from your workout but do not want to make anyone do anything they do not want to do!
Clare Davis: As mum to Freya (now age 4) I know how hard it can be to fit in exercising around caring for a baby. This is why I find teaching Powerpramming so great as it enables women to exercise without leaving their baby and I believe all women can regain and even improve their fitness after having had a baby. As a fully qualified personal trainer with extra training in ante and post natal exercise I will help everybody who comes to the class exercise enjoyably and safely.
Helen Maguire: Following the birth of my son Colm, now aged 18 months I was keen to get my figure back to normal and get fit again. I saw Liz's classes as an ideal opportunity to do this, combining fitness with being outside and socialising with other mum's. Prior to the birth of Colm, I was in the Army and have always been keen on fitness. Subsequently I decided to retrain as a fitness instructor specializing in post and ante natal fitness. I recognize that following birth getting back into fitness can be quite daunting which is why all mum's of any fitness standard are welcome. Everyone will be able to work at their own pace in the knowledge that they are exercising safely.
Jacqueline John: I've always been into fitness but after having my daughter, Jada, I found it hard to fit in exercise with a young baby. Powerpramming seemed like an ideal way to do this and Jada and I ended up travelling from Hainault, Essex once a week to attend Liz's Peckham Rye class. Liz and her approach inspired me to train as a fitness instructor in order to set up Powerpramming in my area. It was not easy combining this study with a young baby but it was worth it!
